About The Community Development Wellness Program

To tackle homelessness, we introduced "Modular Community Ecosystems" (MCEs), a revolutionary concept that provides more than just housing—it fosters a holistic environment for well-being, skill development, and social integration in areas with high homelessness rates, with expansion plans underway. Eden Estates leads in community innovation with solar energy, permaculture landscapes, and AI-driven amenities, setting new standards for sustainable, advanced living. Our MCEs are self-sustaining, culturally rich ecosystems designed to inspire and attract a community committed to success despite challenges, emphasizing our unique approach to community development.

Eden Estates Wellness' Community Redevelopment Activity (CRA) initiative offers transitional housing and support for at-risk groups including veterans, displaced athletes, the elderly, and low-to-medium income individuals, including the LGBTQ+ community. Our impactful services include peer-to-peer mentoring, advocacy, free education, and pathways from transitional housing to homeownership.

Eden Estates significantly impacts our community through direct peer-to-peer mentoring, advocacy partnerships, free training and education, and our transitional housing to homeownership programs. We are set to build a village of tiny and small homes starting with construction plans in Maryland in early 2024, expanding to Virginia by September 2024, with global projections extending into mid-2025.

It's a fully operational green community, offering more than the basics.

Eden Estates Tiny Home Village will be a secure, military-inspired, fun community featuring a variety of home designs including prefab, stick-built, custom, and galvanized steel frames. Each home is modern, landscaped, and designed to operate fully off-grid, with optional utility connections. They incorporate green technology such as geothermal energy, solar, and wind power systems, along with eco-friendly, odorless sanitation systems. This initiative goes beyond standard "Lean Green" solutions, offering minimal environmental impact and versatile climate control.

Hardship Rehabilitation Program (HRP)

Step 1:
Mentoring & Advocacy Partnership

The Mentor-Advocate Partnership offers comprehensive support to veteran and civilian leaders, focusing on enhancing communication skills to boost life and career opportunities for the underprivileged. This program tailors goals to individual needs, encouraging students to give back by mentoring, tutoring, and advocating. Graduates must assist new participants, fostering self-advocacy and determination within peer-mentoring groups.

Step 3:
Job Readiness
Assistance

The Job Readiness Assistance Program at Eden Estates aims to secure employment for residents within three months, focusing on creating entry-level jobs. Prioritizing veterans, we ensure they and all attendees have access to comprehensive employment services. We're seeking grants to expand support for veterans and educational opportunities for civilians nationwide.

Step 2:
Free Training
& Education

BDIAA Training Institute serves as a hub for sparking new ideas and promoting leadership skills through a diverse range of educational programs. It aims to integrate effectiveness and technical education into life pursuits. Our primary goal is to provide access to award-winning professional development courses from Ivy League schools globally and over 1400 training options via Alison.com, including certificates of completion, certifications, and diplomas. These courses are crafted by global educators and leaders, supporting forward thinkers in enhancing their well-being across various topics and fields.

Step 4:
Temporary Housing to Home Ownership

The Eden Estates CRA Hardship Rehabilitation Program is a 2.5-year initiative that prepares registered veterans and civilians for homeownership through housing, financial literacy, credit counseling, and savings education. It includes workshops on buying homes and mortgage applications. To ensure sustainability, participants cannot borrow against, refinance, or sell their homes for the first ten years.
