Honorable, Global Goodwill Ambassador Apostle Dr. C. Dymund Britt is the Chief Executive Officer and the certified UN International Chaplin of Eden Estates, and AssesorEZ. She is a highly experienced Chief Facility Security Officer with over 17 years expert involveme in the national security arenas, including, background investigation, security administration, law enforcement, facility security, counterintelligence, personnel, and physical security. She is successfully decorated and certifiably educated through Harvard University having complete understanding of ethical and professional principles in Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster, a Doctorate in Humanitarianism (PhD) from Yale University through Global International Alliance University (GIA), a Doctorate of Theology from School of the Great Commission Bible College & Seminary (SOGC), a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Alison, was Law Enforcement Certified through Craven County Community College and a Computer Information Systems Programming Diploma from Strayer University.

 

She is completing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Legal with a minor in Computer Forensics from Strayer University, expected graduation 2026. Her PhD is through GIA with a recommendation and honorary establishments from Ambassador Dr. Lenora Wimberly-Peterson which comes with former Presidential Barack Obama, US House of Representatives, late Congressman John R. Lewis, and Ambassadors acclimations and signatures due to exceptional direction, leadership, strategy, and consistency in the development of the singular conception of Eden Estates Veteran community housing HRP program, its' security efforts and humanitarian successes she created. She is federally certified as one of the top five percentiles of Facility Security Officers (FSO), who have rated a continued “Superior” rating regarding all National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) regulations, protections and audits through the Defense Security Services (DSS). She teaches compliance courses and has planned with precise execution for Dymund Group Institute for National Security Higher Learning for both US Veteran Military and civilians who have experienced no incidents filed or held in the DSS agency to date. Deemed an expert on all security matters, alarm management and protections by former Installation Chief. Maintained 100% accountability and serviceability of all installation accesses.

Dr. Britt remains at the forefront of security and strategic operations both domestically within the United States and internationally, extending her expertise to Dubai, the Caribbean Islands, and Africa. Her dedicated efforts have significantly contributed to the success and support of hundreds of U.S. military veterans and civilians. In a notable partnership with Mayor Cashenna A. Clark of Glenarden, Dr. Britt is instrumental in developing a gated veteran community. This ambitious project, slated to start in the first quarter of 2026, aims to construct approximately 160 homes for homeless veterans. Currently, the project is in the preparation phase, with all necessary permits and requirements being actively processed and fulfilled. Dr. Britt's unwavering commitment to protect, educate, and provide support highlights her profound impact on global security and community welfare.

Humanitarianism

Her humanitarian efforts have reached and benefitted over 75 countries, covering HIV testing, health education, and awareness, self-care, as well as teaching veterans’ mental health trauma methodologies and community health worker concentrations on COVID-19 pandemic prevention management and health protections. Managed and tracked proposals and reports for bringing diplomats from across the globe together to network and come up with new regulations to bridge gaps, share ideas, and solve global problems that are similar, including clean water, sanitation, energy, medical care, education, housing, infrastructure, economic and agricultural development, tourism, international trade, import, export, and empowering workshops and roundtables. Directly works with the President and CEO, Vice President, Executive Staff & Sponsors of the California CBC Delegation (CCBCD) on the strategic development and implementation of signature Congressional Black Caucus events, spearheads business development efforts for the Parent and Community Action Team (PCAT), President of the International Association of African American Ambassadors to the Continent of Africa and the Middle East (IAAAACAME), and President of the International Black Chamber of Commerce. 

 

Leadership

In addition to her impressive leadership posture, she also demonstrates admirable team building skills, demonstrating exceptional abilities in fast-paced environments. She embraces challenges, faces tasks with determination under extreme conditions, achieving results-oriented capabilities. Her expertise covers both traditional and nontraditional concepts of extremism, developmental intelligence, and implementations of combating domestic and international inequality. She has created meaningful grassroots endeavors, garnering press awareness, fostered and retained strong community relationships with major donors, expanded donor brands, cultivation, and stewardships.  As the Community Revitalization Activity (CRA) visionary, she is leading the development of Eden Estates Hardship Rehabilitation Program (HRP), a community development program that assists underprivileged families and individuals to transition from homelessness to homeownership. The program services homeless Veterans, displaced athletes, elderly, low- and moderate-income, and returning citizens, including LGBTQ+ individuals, households, and communities. HRP services focus on improving the quality of life of homeless people and their families through community services, stabilization or revitalization, transitional housing, and economic development. Ultimately, HRP provides them with permanent or regular housing, connects them with workforce services, and reunites them with familiar friends and family members, by providing support through sustainable processes.

Religion

As part of her role as the International 5th Assistant Presiding Prelate & Admin Assistant to the Presiding Prelate of New Destiny Fellowship of Churches International and Joint College of Bishops and Apostles, she ministered the gospel, managed executive level briefings and board meetings for national and international Ecclesiastical clergy order of Archbishops, Bishops and Apostles, including other church clergy executives. She assessed and determined all immediate emergency situations and worked with national and international staff, coordinating volunteer support efforts, staff activities. She created and managed policies, procedures, and proposals for emergency intervention contracts, and liaised with UN agencies, government officials, and local organizations.

 

Volunteerism

She currently sits on the board of TransistionU, Restore Life Suicide Prevention, and formerly the Special Assistant to Chairman  - HUMAN/MATERIAL RESOURCES

In addition to serving as International Director of Security Program Management, Britt has served as a consultant, event coordinator, facility security officer, and PowerPoint designer for the Veteran Women’s Brainstorm Association, Dymund Group, Restore Life Suicide Prevention, In The Community, and the Veterans Medical Health Council at the Veterans Medical Center in Washington, DC. Assisting with social media promotions and planning, advertising, and facilitating workshops for training on Community Health Work, Housing, Personal and Professional Care, and Veteran Military Sexual Trauma & Suicide Prevention.
