The President’s Volunteer Service Award, established in 2003, recognizes outstanding community service over a 12-month period or a lifetime, celebrating the dedication that has significantly impacted society.
The Lifetime Achievement Award honors individuals with careers spanning at least 30 years, acknowledging their persistent service and significant contributions, much like the esteemed Purple Heart recognizes bravery in the military.
