Terms and Conditions

All services are provided pursuant to written agreements outlining scope, materials, timelines, and responsibilities.

Estimates are based on on-site inspections and are valid for a stated period; changes to scope may require revised pricing.

Scheduling is subject to availability. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling; late cancellations may incur a fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle, PayPal, and CashApp.

For larger or multi-phase projects, staged invoicing may apply in accordance with agreed project milestones.

Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property during scheduled service times.

All work is performed in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations and established safety standards.

Workmanship and materials are guaranteed to meet professional standards; remedies are limited to repair or replacement as outlined in the agreement.

Becton & Becton Property Aesthetics is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed defects, weather-related impacts, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
